To whom e-Invoice is currently applicable?

Mandatory for below transactions from July 1st, 2022: B2G, B2B (Car Trading Industry), B2B (High Fiscal Risk Products: Fruit and vegetables, alcohol, construction, mineral products, clothing & footwear). Expected to be mandatory for all B2B from January 2023.

Yes, taxpayers have to register in virtual private space (SPV) to access RO e-factura.

All invoices must be archived by seller and buyer for a period of 10 years from the date of submission.
